• Verification Submissions: Proof of social media story uploads submitted for promotional reward vouchers.

• To process, schedule, and manage your vehicle detailing service bookings.
• To assign qualified detailing staff to your service appointment.
• To verify social media story submissions and issue 15% discount reward QR vouchers.
• To send booking confirmation notifications and status updates via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.
• To improve our service offerings and app performance.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We strictly respect your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Information is shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• Assigned Staff: Relevant detailing technicians are provided your name and booking slot details to execute your service.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities under applicable Indian laws.

We employ industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS) and secure database access controls (MongoDB Atlas Security) to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Social Media Verification Policy

When participating in our 6-Hour Social Media Verification program, you voluntarily submit proof of a public Instagram or WhatsApp story. This data is reviewed solely by authorized administrators to confirm eligibility for reward vouchers and is never published or reused without explicit consent.
